Filling:
1 lb ground meat
1 lb ground pork sausage
1 1/2 TBS flour
1 clove garlic, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste

Pastry:
4 C flour
2 eggs
1/2 C drained grease
1 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling ingredients and cook over medium heat until done. Drain grease and save. Cool.

Mix pastry ingredients, add more flour if needed. Roll pastry. Place 1 full tablespoon filling mix on half of pastry, turn and crimp edges. Fry in hot oil until well browned.
