2 extra large sweet potatoes
2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick oleo
Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Melt oleo in iron skillet. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into skillet then bake at 350º
