6 to 8 oz. crab, shrimp, or crawfish
4 slices bacon
3 eggs
1/2 C biscuit mix (home made or store bought)
1/3 C melted butter
1 1/2 C milk
1/8 tsp salt
dash of black pepper
2 C shredded swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw seafood, if frozen. Drain, reserving liquid. Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Beat together eggs, biscuit mix, butter, crab (or whatever) liquid, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into 9-in pie plate. Sprinkle seafood, cheese, and bacon over the top and press down gently. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
