1 1/2 lb. broccoli, chopped
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
1 c Monterey jack cheese
1 c cheddar cheese
2 T butter
1/2 t salt
1/2 t basil
2 T lemon juice
1/3 c chopped walnuts
1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli, drain well; sauté mushrooms and onions in butter until soft. Put in large bowl. Boil noodles until done; drain well. Add lemon juice, salt and basil, sour cream and half of cheeses to onion mixture. Mix well. Add broccoli and noodles. Mix well. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheeses and walnuts. Bake 5 - 10 minutes more.
