Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. milk
2 eggs beaten
1 stick butter
1 packages yeast or 4 tsp.
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add milk and sugar. Warm up to 120º. Add yeast and mix until bubbly. Then add eggs and gradually add flour until dough is slightly sticky. Knead well, allow to rise in a greased bowl in a warm place until doubled in size. Punch down and allow to rise again. Form loaves or roll out and spread with baking raisins (they are moister than regular raisins), then roll up, turning under the ends. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. You can give the bread a nice brown crust by brushing the top with an egg glaze (beat 1 egg with a little water) before baking.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Paska means Easter. You may also reserve some dough and shape it into braids, cross, etc.. to lay over the top of the bread.
