1 stick real butter
1/2 c yellow onion
1 c garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c mild clover honey
1/4 c Dijon mustard
2 T chutney
1/4 c raisins
4-6 boneless chicken beasts

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan melt butter. Add onion, garlic, cloves, salt, curry powder, honey, Dijon mustard, chutney and raisins. Heat about 4 minutes or until ingredients are tender and mixture is saucy. Put your chicken in a baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken and put in the oven at 400º for 1 hour. Do not preheat oven.
