1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 (3-ounce) package lime flavor gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tablespoons ReaLime Lime Juice from concentrate
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped

Combine margarine and crumbs; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch square or 12x7-inch baking dish. In large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; stir in sweetened condensed milk, pineapple, and ReaLime. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into prepared dish. Chill 2 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
