5 C. Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 lb. Lard
2-3 tbsp.. Vinegar
1 Beaten Egg -place in a cup and fill cup with Water and leave enough room for Vinegar
For lesser amount:
4 C, Flour
Dash of Salt
1 1/2 C. Lard
1 Beaten Egg
6 tbsp. Water
1 tbsp. Vinegar

Directions:

Cut lard into flour and salt. Mix egg,water and vinegar. Mix dry and wet together well.

This crust can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 weeks before use.
