¾ cup sugar
1 cup shortening
1 egg
2 cups flour
½ tsp. vanilla
¾ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Roll in ball. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar on ungreased cookie sheet.
NOTE: Roll and flatten each cookie.
Bake 350º oven for 10 minutes.
