1 can of Cream of Celery soup
1/2 C. Milk
Dash of Black Pepper
4 C.Potatoes - thinly sliced
1 Onion - thinly sliced
1 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp. Butter or Oleo
Dash of Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Blend soup, milk and pepper. In a buttered 1 1/2 qt.pan, alternate layers of potates, onions, sauce and cheese. Dot with butter and sprinkle with Paprika. Cover and bake at 375º for 1hr. Uncover and bake until done and top is brown
