Flaked salmon
2 cups canned salmon drained (save juice)
1/2 cup onion diced
1/4 cup diced red pepper
2 Tbsp chopped parsley or dill
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
Add back juice from canned salmon to moisten
Rolled biscuits
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
6 tbsp chilled butter
3/4 to 1 cup milk

Flake the salmon and remove vertebrae
Mix rest of ingredients in and let sit
While you make the biscuits
Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl and add salt and BP
Cut in butter with pastry blender
Add milk and mix for a scant 1/2 minute
Turn out onto floured board and knead gently
Roll out with rolling pin into large rectangle until 1/4" thickness
Spread salmon over the dough leaving clear boarders
roll up as a jelly roll and press ends place on a cookie sheet seam side down
Bake @ 375 for 45 to 60 mins
Cover with tin foil to prevent too much browning
