2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter

Topping:
1 cup butter
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar

1 pkg (225 g) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
2. Press mixture evenly into base of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 oven about 25 minutes, or until light golden brown.
3. Combine butter, brown sugar, syrup, and condensed milk in medium sauce pan. Stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat to medium and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil gently for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla, beating well.
4. Pour mixture over warm crust and spread to cover evenly. Let cool in baking pan on a wire rack.
5. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Spread melted chocolate over cooled topping in baking pan. Allow chocolate to set and then cut with a sharp knife into 1 inch squares.
