Shankleesh (spicy Lebanese cheese available in Middle Eastern Markets) you need 2 "balls" for this recipe
2 cups Feta cheese
Garlic powder
Olive oil
Tomatoes
Red onion
Flat bread or pita bread

Directions:
Directions:
Put Shankleesh and feta in bowl. Add dash of garlic powder and 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until Shankleesh balls are broken and everything is mixed together. Chop onions, chop tomatoes. Serve with flat bread or pita bread. Enjoy!!
