9 c. flour
1 c. powder milk
4 t. sugar (1/4 c.)
4 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. oil
4 c. warm water

Dont preheat oven!
Add yeast to 1/4 c. lukewarm water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix for 10 minutes. Let rise twice in greased bowl. Shape into 4 loaves. Let rise. Bake at 450 degrees 15 min. 350 degrees 8-10 min.

This is my mom's Aunt Janna's recipe. My grandma, Nema, makes it too. I really like bread especially homemade bread.
