2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoon Cocoa
1 cup water
1 cup mayo
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º . Grease and flour two 8" round pans. Sift all of the dry ingredients. Mix and add cold water, mayo and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon batter into round pans.
Bake for 30 minutes

For Three 8" layers increase quantities by 1/2
For three 9" layers double the recipe

Frost with your favorite frosting.

This is the BEST chocolate cake.. just don't tell people that it has Mayo in it before they eat it!
