2 lbs carrot sliced on slant
1 large onion, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Cook carrots 3-4 min. They should still be crisp. Drain, but save the liquid. Mix marinade. Pour over carrots, onions, and peppers. Add enough of saved liquid to cover vegetables completely. Marinate overnight. Stir 2-3 times.
