bag of fresh cranberries
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 large can of Mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
bring orange juice sugar and juice from mandarin oranges to a boil. Add cranberries and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook till cranberries pop and juice starts to thicken. Remove from heat and add Mandarin orange drained and let cool


INSTANT POT RECIPE
Add all ingredients to pot except mandarin oranges. Cook 2 minutes on high and allow for natural release . Add drained chopped mandarin oranges
