-2 lbs. chicken cut into sections (cleaned)
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-1/4 lbs. Butter

Optional Ingredients:
-1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 onion cut in rings

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Wash the chicken and wringing well
3. Grease a baking pan with butter or margarine
4. Place the chicken in the baking pan
5. Add soy sauce and cumin over chicken
6. Cut a large onion and puts it over the chicken
7. Cover the baking pan with foil and leave in the oven for 45 min at 350 F
8. Uncovered it and left another 10 min to brown.

It is extremely quick, simple, and could be done in oven or stove-top. Only has 3 ingredients including the chicken (maybe 2 more optional). It is delicious served with white rice and a salad. Enjoy!
