2-3 cups diced, cooked chicken
4 hard boiled eggs
2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (3oz.)pkg. slivered almonds
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. Lemon juice
1 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbs. Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the bread crumbs and margarine
Place mixture in a 9x13 casserole dish
Brown bread crumbs lightly in margarine
Sprinkle over casserole and refrigerate overnight if possible
Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
(You may cook the rice in the chicken broth left after cooking the chicken)
