1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans (20 oz.) Chunk pineapple - drained (SAVE THE LIQUID)
Topping:
1 1/2 sticks Ritz crackers (crumbled)
2 sticks margarine or butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cheese and pineapple in a large mixing bowl mix after adding each ingredient in the order listed coating all ingredients
After adding pineapple stir until flour and sugar are at a good liquid paste coating everything. You may need to add a small amount of the liquid that was saved
Pour mixture into a buttered 8x13 casserole dish
Combine topping ingredients and cover the pineapple mixture
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
