2 slices Toast - buttered
4 - 6 Tomato slices
2 Cheese slices
8 Asparagus Spears (I steam in microwave slightly to about 1/2 desired crispness)
Ham slices
1 Egg White
1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp French Dressing (or Italian)
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
On toast slice - layer ham slice, tomato, cheese slice and asparagus.

Beat egg white until stiff.
Mix yolk, dressing & salt & pepper.
Fold yolk mixture into egg whites.
Spread over toast.

Bake at 350º F until brown (about 15 min).
