24 (or less) Breakfast Sausage
3 tbsp Sausage Fat

1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 eggs
1 cups Milk
1 cup Corn
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausages in frying pan.
Cut sausages into 3 or whatever size you prefer.
Put fat on bottom of a 9" square pan.

Arrange sausages at bottom of pan.
Put in 450º F oven while making batter so both fat and sausage will be sizzling hot.

Put flour, salt, eggs & milk into medium bowl and beat until smooth.
Stir in corn.
Pour over sausages in pan.
Bake in 450º F oven for 20 minutes.
