2 T butter + 1 stick butter
20 oreo cookies
3/4 C sugar
1 square (1 ounce) chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 large cool whip
1 small cool whip (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 2 T butter and oreo cookies. Pat into pie plate for crust. Cream 1 stick of butter with sugar and beat until creamy. Melt the chocolate and stir into butter mixture. Beat in eggs, one at a time five minutes each. Fold in large cool whip and spread into oreo shell. Chill until serving. Top with additional cool whip if desired.
