1 1/4 Cup Oil
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
3 C Diced Apple
1 C Nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl and mix the wet in another. Add them together then add the apples and nuts and pour into the pan. Bake for 1 hour.
