Half bag of potatoes peeled, boiled and tender
1-8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 container sour cream
1 1/2 tbs garlic salt
1 c chopped green onions
1 c milk
1/2 c crumbled cooked bacon
1/8 c jalapeños (if desired)
2 c shredded cheddar

Directions:
Mash prepared potatoes, keeping them a little chunky. Add remaining ingredients except cheddar. Pour mixture into large casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes until cheese is golden brown. Serve and watch the panties drop!
