1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sifted sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
5 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour once; measure and add salt and baking powder. Sift flour mixture 4 times. Add sugar gradually to egg yolks and beat thoroughly. Fold in egg whites. Bakes in 8x8x2-in pan at 350º for 45 minutes.
