Garlic salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Half & Half
1 egg
Chicken cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together salt, pepper, baking powder and flour in large mixing bowl. Mix together egg and Half & Half in large mixing bowl. Put chick in flour mixture; then in egg mixture; then in flour mixture again. Put in hot skill that is 1/2-3/4 full with Sunlight oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Best to turn only once during frying.
