1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1.2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
6-8 peaches, cut into slices
Sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium-sized Pyrex baking dish. Mix together sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, salt, vanilla and almond extract; pour over melted butter. Place peaches on top of batter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
