1 Betty Crocker vanilla pudding yellow cake (cooked and cool)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 cups sugar
1 lg. box of instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. container of Cool Whip
1 sm. can coconut
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake and let cool. Combine pineapple and sugar. Cook until syrup consistency. Punch holes in cake with pencil-sized object. Pour pineapple mixture over cake. Prepare instant pudding according to directions. When pineapple cools, cover cake and pineapple with pudding, then the Cool Whip, them the coconut and then the pecans.
