1 large can of crushed pineapple
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
12 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Empty pineapple into a sieve to drain. Cream together shortening and sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time and beat well each time. Add flour, pineapple and lemon juice and mix together. Bake in pie crust at 350º for 30 minutes or until done. Add meringue.
