Cake:
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Pineapple Topping:
1 20 oz. can sliced pineapples, drained
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Separate eggs. Add yolks to juice and sugar. Then add butter and vanilla. Add flour. Beat egg whites stiffly and fold into mixture. Pour over pineapple topping. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.

Pineapple Topping:
In skillet melt together brown sugar and butter. Place pineapple on top.
