Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups granola (your favorite, if you buy granola with fruit already in it, you do not have to add extra fruit unless you wish)
1 cup rolled oats or rice Krispies (I used oats)
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup raisins, craisins or other dried fruits (optional)
¼ chopped nuts that are your favorite (I used almonds as that is what I had on hand)
½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
½ cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Stir honey and peanut butter together until combined. Mix wet mixture into dry. Use hands to combine completely. Press firmly into 9 x 13 pan. Store in fridge or freezer. I cut and individually wrapped each piece in saran wrap. I made my bars small but you can make to whatever size you prefer. I put individually wrapped granola bars in giant Ziploc and stored in the freezer.
For chewier granola, add additional peanut butter and honey.

Personal Notes:
I created this recipe due to the fact that with being on the go with activities, or running late for school, I wanted the kids to have something healthy and hearty on the go. Great for school and after school snacks.
