1 ¾ C flour
½ tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites, beaten
1 ¾ C milk
½ C oil

Directions:
Preheat waffle iron. Stir dry ingredients together. Combine egg yolks, milk, and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites leaving a few fluffs. Pour appropriate amount into waffle iron and cook
