9 C all-purpose flour
1 C dry buttermilk powder
1/3 C baking powder
3 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C shortening or lard

Directions:
Directions:
Measure dry ingredients into a large bowl, mix well. Using a pastry blender cut in the shortening or lard until very well incorporated (powdery). Store in airtight container or measure into freezer bags and store in freezer.

Use cup for cup in any recipe calling for Bisquick or Pioneer Buttermilk Baking Mix.
Makes about 12 cups
