2 lbs almonds
1 lb cranraisens
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 tablespoon orange oil
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
beat orange oil and egg whites till frothy and stir in almonds to coat
dump in crock pot and add sugars and stir well.
cook on low for 2 hours stirring every 20 minutes
add orange concentrate and stir well. Cook another 30 minutes then add cranberries and turn out onto cookie sheet to dry out. If very wet they can be put in the oven at 250 for 30 minutes to dry
