*Cheese - 1 Large Ricotta or Cottage Cheese (drained)
salt, pepper
2 eggs
Minced (Vidalia) Onion

*Meat (salt pork) Hamburg - Onions minced - Cabbage chopped

Pasta:
4 Cups Flour (in large bowl)
2 Beaten Eggs
1 Cup Water

Combine ingredients
Meat filing:
Cook couple slices salt pork, saute in juice cabbage and onion till tender - Remove from pan. Fry Hamburg m ix together
Pasta:
Mix and add water as needed, Dough will be sticky...
Make a roll and cut into slices. Cover with a wet towel.
As you roll each wedge you will pick up flour and it wont be sticky.
Roll out slice and use a glass or cup for cutting shape - fill with mixture, fold over pinch edges so filing doesn't leak out.

Have a large pan of boiling water (add water as you go) - make 3 Pirogi and boil about 5 minutes, make 3 more while waiting. Remove to dish and flip when dry, drain dish..

Fry in butter and onions until brown (both sides)
