1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1 medium can mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together 1/2 cup water and 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar. Pour over 1 pkg. lemon jello and mix well. Cool until thickened. Cream the cream cheese well and beat into the cooled jello. Fold whipped cream into jello mixture. Arrange mandarin oranges slices into pan or mold. Pour jello mixture over orange slices and refrigerate.
