2 lbs Hamburger
1 onion
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
12 Flour Tortillas
1 can cream of chicken
1 can evaporated milk
1 can green chiles
1 cup Sour Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Add 1 cup velveeta, mix until cheese melts.
Divide into 12 tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish. Warm soup and milk 1/2 lb velveeta, sour cream and chiles. Pour over enchiladas and cook at 350º until bubbly. Just long enough to melt the cheese.
