8 ounces medium shells, cooked as package directs.
1 small zucchini, sliced (about 1 cup).
1 small summer squash, sliced (about 1 cup).
1/2 cup chopped onion.
3 cups water.
about 26 ounces of tomato sauce.
about 2 cups garbanzo beans, drained.
about 3 cubes of veggie bouillon cubes.
For those who eat meat (1/2 lb. Italian sausage, sliced)-optional.

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, stir in zucchini, squash and onions; cook and stir until tender. Add all remaining ingredients except pasta: bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in pasta. Serve immediately.
(If adding sausage--brown first, discard grease, then add to above.)
