Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 tsp salt
2 T instant yeast
1/2c sugar
2 1/2 c hot tap water
1/2 c canola or vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 c additional flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 4 cups flour and all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add hot water. Mix. Add egg and oil. Mix 2 minutes. Add remaining flour. If using a mixer add flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead by hand or mix in mixer for 5 minutes.

To make pizza divide dough as needed. More dough makes a thicker crust. Makes 3-4 large pizzas. Top with pizza sauce ( spaghetti sauce or Alfredo sauce work well ) mozzarella and favorite toppings. Bake at 375 for 10 - 15 minutes. Pizza may be made on a lightly greased pizza stone or cookie sheet.

Bread Sticks: divide dough in half, roll on a greased surface into a rectangle, place dough on a lightly greased jelly roll pan or large cookie sheet. Brush with softened butter, top with fresh Parmesan, salad supreme, sesame seeds or sugar and cinnamon. Using a pizza cutter, cut vertically into 1 1/2" wide bread sticks. Cut in half horizontally. Rise for 15 - 30 minutes. ( Place onto of a pan of simmering water to raise quicker). Bake 350 for 15 minutes. Do not over bake.

Pizza rolls - divide dough in half. Roll dough into a long rectangle. Top with 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce. 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese. Pepperoni or ham if desired. Roll rectangle up like sweet rolls . Pinch ends securely, cut roll into 1-2" slices. Place slices on a lightly greased cookie sheet , flatten with hand and let rise until double in size. Bake at 375 º for 18 minutes. Freezes well for lunches.

Pretzels:Take a small piece of dough. Roll into a snake. Form into pretzel shape and place on a cookie sheet. Raise 15 minutes. Bake at 375º for 10 - 15 minutes depending on size. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while still hot. Great for those left over pieces of dough.

Personal Pizza Crusts: divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball , shape each ball into a circle and place on a cookie sheet. Stretch and press dough evenly onto the cookie sheet. Do not rise. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
Shape dough as you bake it, otherwise the pizza crusts raise too much. It is okay for the dough to rest as long as needed.
Use crusts as needed for a quick dinner or snacks. Great for college students. To prepare pizza top with sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings heat in the oven or the microwave.

Munchable pizza Crust: Roll 1/2 of the dough into a rectangle. Using a cookie cutter, cut out circles. Place rounds on the cookie sheet and smash, making them a bit larger and thinner. Bake 5 minutes at 375º. Great for lunches with cold cheese and sauce or heated in the microwave

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This larger recipe is great because with just a little extra effort you can make something for dinner and something for lunches or snacks for later. For example if you are making bread sticks for dinner it just takes a few minutes to make 6 personal pizza crust for dinner the next night. We also use it for birthday parties and each of the guest make their own personal pizza. This recipe makes about 12 personal pizza.
Recipe Yields: Mix it up to make what you need.
3 - 4 large pizza
2 large jelly roll pans bread sticks
48 pizza rolls
12 Personal pizza crust
48 Munchable pizza crusts
