1 1/2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
3/4 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 c (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. drain macaroni.
In large bowl, combine the macaroni, sausage mixture, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, basil and pepper. transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through.
