1 batch of prepared cornbread (large cookie sheet)
1 pkg hotdog or hamburger buns crumbled
1/2 c celery chopped
1/2 c onion chopped
1 1/2 tsp sage
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Diced livers and gizzards from cooked turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Steam celery and onions in saucepan with water until tender. In a large roasting pan crumble cornbread and buns, add sage, salt and pepper, celery and onion. Add livers and gizzards if desired. Drain broth from cooked turkey and double amount by adding water. Pour broth mixture into roasting pan until you have a sloppy mixture.

Bake at 400º for 30-40 minutes until lightly browned on top.
