1 C Butter
1 C Confectioner's Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Flour
½ tsp Salt
½ C. Walnuts or Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, flour and salt and mix. Stir in ½ C nuts. Bake at 350 º C for 15 to 20 minutes. While cookies are still warm, roll in additional confectioner's sugar and place on cookie rack to cool.
