1 ½ Sticks Butter
1 ½ C Sugar
4 Lemons Squeezed
6 Eggs Well Beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter, sugar and lemon juice to a double boiler on medium high. Beat eggs well and add to mixture in double boiler. Stir continuously with a whisk until it begins to thicken (a few minutes). Pour into glass jars, let cool and refrigerate. Spread on fresh white bread.
