18 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup melted butter

1 large pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

First Topping:
2 small cartons of sour cream
5 Tbls sugar

Second Topping:
1 pint of whipped cream


Directions:
Directions:
Mix the graham crackers ( Reserve some for top of pie) the melted butter and line a pie pan, let refrigerate 1 hour.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla and pour into pie shell.
Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool 5 minutes
Mix topping of 2 small cartons of sour cream mixed with 5 Tb. sugar and pour over pie.
Bake for 5 minutes more.
Put pie in refrigerator and chill for 3 hours.
Finish pie with whipped cream on top and sprinkle with graham crackers.
