3/4 c. butter, room temp
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/8 t. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease cookie sheet. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, salt, sugar, and nuts. Mix well. Roll in 3/4" balls. Cook 15-18 minutes. Cool slightly. Rolll in powdered sugar once while warm, then again when completely cool.
