1 pkg. Nabisco chocolate wafer cookies
5 T. unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 c. seedless raspberry jam
8 squares (1 oz. each) semi sweet chocolate, chopped
1 c. heavy cream
2 c. raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Crush wafers with rolling pin. Mix crumbs and butter. Press over bottom and up sides of 9" pan. (I use a spring form pan.) Melt jam, pour over crust, freeze 15 minutes. Heat chocolate and cream until smooth. Pour into shell. Refrigerate 4 hours until set. Arrange berries on top and refrigerate until serving.
