1 1/4 c. buttermilk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tsp sugar
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

Topping:
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat buttermilk and cheese over low heat, stirring until cheese is melted. Cook. Dissolve yeast, sugar and warm water. Add buttermilk mixture, eggs, salt and 3 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Stir remaining flour to form a soft dough.

Topping: Roll each portion into an 18" x 12" rectangle. Spray 1/2 with nonstick cooking spray, top with cheese.

Cut into twelve 1 1/2" strips. Cut each strip in half and twist. Place 1" apart on greased foil lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
