1 can small shrimp, drained
kalamata olives
garlic clove, minced
artichoke hearts
sun dried tomatoes
extra virgin olive oil
Pasta of choice

Optional: chopped mushrooms, parmesan cheese, fresh chopped tomatoes, red pepper flakes


Directions:
Directions:
Put water to boil to make pasta.
Heat olive oil in a sauté' pan.
Drain and rinse shrimp.
Add shrimp, olives, artichokes and sundried tomatoes until warm. Add more oil, or chicken broth, or white wine for more moisture and flavor if you wish.

Toss the pasta with the mixture and enjoy!
