1-15 1/2 oz can red kidney beans undrained
3-15 1/2 oz cans beans (black or kidney), rinsed and drained
1 lb. fully cooked sausage (Kielbasa- we used Trader Joe's turkey Kielbasa)
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 medium green sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot and cook low for 7-8 hours.

Broil whole wheat pita bread with brushed on extra virgin olive oil, oregano, basil and garlic salad, add a salad and your meal is done. Enjoy!

Kevin and I love this dish when it is cold outside. It is so easy to prepare and throw in a crock pot the night before work, put on in the morning and then come home to a hot meal.
